Chicago is not only famous for its architecture, but for its shopping too. These two Chicago-area shopping centers are a favorite of tourists and locals alike.
Located on six blocks on the Magnificent Mile, The Shops at North Bridge is a four-level shopping center anchored by Nordstrom. Inside, you'll find Eataly, a vibrant Italian marketplace that features an array of cafes, counters, restaurants, and a cooking school. You'll also find over 50 stores and restaurants where you can shop to your heart's content!
With the spread of COVID, the Shops at North Bridge are taking care to ensure the safety of staff and guests with signage to remind guests of social distancing, increased frequency of cleaning, and masks should be worn while inside.
If you're in a hurry, curbside pick-up is available for many of the shops and restaurants! The curbside pickup location for most retailers is located on the East side of Rush Street between Illinois Street and Grand Avenue.
Fashion Outlets of Chicago is not your typical outlet mall and has something for everyone: Gap to Gucci; Disney to Diane von Furstenberg; Lindt to Lucky Brand — there really is something for everyone! Located just a short drive out of Chicago in Rosemont, this shopping center offers tons of parking and is easily accessible by the CTA Blueline.
This upscale shopping center doesn't only offer an out-of-this-world shopping experience. There are also amazing art installations throughout it's halls. Some are permanent while others are only temporary installations, which means that you'll get to experience new art when you come.
Fashion Outlets of Chicago are also taking care to put safety first with social distancing reminders throughout the mall, curbside pick-up options, and following all safety precautions as outlined by the CDC.
